Aeromexico 24-hour Cancellation
Only tickets bought through Aeromexico's U.S. website are subject to the airline's 24-hour Aeromexico Airlines Cancellation Policy; tickets issued through the airline's websites in other nations are not covered.
This policy allows all passengers (regardless of their fare types) to receive a complete refund or make changes to their reservation without incurring fees within 24 hours of purchasing their tickets, provided they do so at least 7 days prior to departure. For all kinds of fares, including Basic fares, Aeromexico's 24-hour cancellation policy is in effect.

- You cannot reschedule your ticket with basic fare; these tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable.
- AM Plus fares can be changed for a fee, these are non-refundable. You cannot reschedule a flight with AM Plus fares if you miss the flight.
- Tickets with premier fares are subjected to be refundable, but a passenger can change these tickets by paying a fee.
- Flexible Classic fares are refundable and can be changed without paying anything to the airline authority.
- If you miss your trip, Premier Light fares are non-refundable, changeable for a fee, but cannot be rescheduled.

Aeromexico Cancellation Steps:
- You will need your six-character confirmation to cancel the trip.
- If you don't know where your trip locator is, you can find it on the email you got when you purchased your ticket.
- Go to the "Manage Reservation" tab and input the passenger's last name and the record locator.
- Select "Change or cancel trip" next to the departure schedule, then follow the on-screen instructions.
- Choose the person or the portion of the trip that you want to cancel.
- On the screen that follows, review the refund policy. The value of your refund for a cancelled flight will appear on the following screen.
- In order to seek cancellation of your reservation, click the "Confirm my cancellation" button.
- Your refund status will be included in a conformation email sent to the email address you provided.
