• Passengers are allowed to cancel a flight and receive a full refund under certain situations.
• You can cancel a flight and receive a full refund if you book your ticket 168 hours or more before the departure date and cancel within 24 hours.
• You can receive a full refund if you cancel flight for a last seat award ticket before the scheduled departure. You will also get the full refund if your scheduled flight is cancelled and you don’t want to catch the alternative flight.
• You can cancel a flight and receive a full refund if you cancel a standard ticket at least 60 days before departure or award ticket at least 180 days before the scheduled departure.
• You will get the full refund if you have to cancel the flight for any special circumstances such as serious illness or death.

How does Frontier Airlines Handle Cancellations due to Weather?

Frontier Airlines cancellation policy says, you can reschedule your flights or receive a refund for the affected flight in you are affected by illness or weather issues. Under this situation, no rebooking fee or other additional cost would not be charged. In such cases, domestic and overseas passengers are not entitled to get any compensation for any delay or flight disruption or possible scheduling.

How to Cancel a Ticket Online?

• Open Fly Frontier official website
• Go to the upper section and find the option called MY TRIPS/CHECK-IN
• Enter your LAST NAME and CONFIRMATION CODE
• Click on the SEARCH icon
• The MANAGE BOOKING window will open
• Go to the TRIP CONFIRMATION screen and click on CANCEL BOOKING
• Here you will see the ticket you want to cancel
• Click on 3 bars on the upper portion of the screen – select the My Flights option
• Enter your LAST NAME and CONFIRMATION CODE
• Then hit the Retrieve button and select CHANGE FLIGHT icon

Frontier Airlines Cancellation Fee

There will be no cancellation fee for you if you cancel your ticket with 24 hours or less of booking the ticket. You will get the same benefit if you cancel the flight 60 days or more before the trip scheduled date. No cancellation fee will be lied to the passenger in that case. If the cancellation is done between 59 and 7 days prior to departure, there will be a cancellation fee of 49 USD. The cancellation fee, as per Frontier Airlines cancellation policy, will be $79 USD if you cancel six days or less before your flight is scheduled.
